| Subculture procedure | The sample requires a total of 600 mL of sterile water or sterile normal saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30 min, then opened in the biological safety cabinet, 3~4 mL of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and sucked out into a sterile bottle, the remaining sterile water is repeatedly washed into the inner wall of the Xilin bottle, and all of it is transferred to the above sterile bottle, which is the standard quality control sample suspension with a total concentration of 600mL and a concentration of ≤ 10000CFU/L. |
