Fecal coliform standard quality control sample (Multitube fermentation method)

Subculture procedure	Samples require a total of 200mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biological safety cabinet, 3~4mL of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and sucked out into a sterile bottle, the remaining sterile water is repeatedly washed into the inner wall of the Xilin bottle, and all of them are transferred to the above sterile bottle, which is the standard quality control sample, equivalent to 200mL of water sample to be tested, with a concentration of 300 ~ 3000MPN/L.

2. Instructions

3. Precautions

1. after receiving the goods, please keep it properly. if it is damaged, please contact the center within 24 hours after receiving it.

2. Please operate in a sterile environment and a biosafety cabinet when using. After opening, you must use it all at once.

3. this product contains three types of pathogenic microorganisms, please do not directly touch the samples in the bottle with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

4. Preservation and transportation

long-term storage:-20 ℃, valid for 2 years; Transportation conditions: ice bag transportation, the time should not exceed 10 days.
