Growth conditions 28 ℃, aerobic, 24-48 hours.
Subculture procedure ① Freeze drying tube: Wipe the tube wall with 75% alcohol, then use a grinding wheel to make two circles on the wall of the freeze drying tube, break it, dissolve it thoroughly with 200 μ L sterile water or culture medium, apply the Agar plate, and activate the culture.
