Composition	Tryptone:15.0g, Phytone:5.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Sterile defibrinated sheep blood:5%, Agar:15.0g, Hemin:5mg, Menadione(Vitamin K3):0.5mg, pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	37 ℃; 3-4 days; anaerobic;
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 fresh plates mentioned above (placed in anaerobic environment for deoxygenation for 24 hours in advance); ② Open the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drip sterile water to break it, and then use tweezers to crush it; ③ Take 0.5mL of sterile water (placed in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours of deoxygenation in advance) and transfer it into a freeze-drying tube.
