Biochemical ldentification Kit for Streptococcus thermophilus

Culture medium	Special peptone: 23.0, soluble starch: 1.0, sodium chloride: 5.0, agar: 10.0, defibrated sheep blood: 5% (added at 50 ℃),pH:7.3±0.2(25 ℃)
Subculture procedure	The thermophilic Streptococcus lactis was cultured on Columbia blood plate at 37 ℃, 5% CO2 for 48h, and a thick layer of bacteria mud was grown on the plate, which was eluted with PBS, and the eluted bacteria liquid was used as standard inoculum to test the reagent. The standard inoculum was inoculated into inulin, lactose, mannitol, salicin, sorbitol, esculin and hippuric acid reagents respectively according to the requirements, and put into a 37 ℃, 5% CO2 incubator after inoculation.
