Culture medium	Yeast extract powder: 10.0, activated carbon: 2.0, agar: 13.0,α-ketoglutarate monopotassium salt: 1.0,ACES buffer: 10.0, potassium hydroxide: 2.8, ferric pyrophosphate: 0.25
Subculture procedure	Legionella pneumophila was cultured on BCYE plate at 37 ℃ and 5% CO2 for 48h. A thick layer of bacteria mud was grown on the plate, eluted with PBS, and the eluted bacteria solution was used as standard inoculum. The standard inoculum solution was inoculated into glucose, lactose, maltose, nitrate, urea, gelatin and hippuric acid reagent respectively as required, and put into 37 ℃ and 5% CO2 incubator after inoculation.
