Subculture procedure | 1. Experimental preparation: dissolve the components in the kit on ice, mix well, centrifuge for a short time and put them on ice for later use; 2. Sample processing: self-prepared or pre-extracted test sample template DNA; 3. Reagent preparation: reaction system (25 μL), take 15 μL of reaction solution, add 2 μL of template, 8 μL of DEPC-treated water, mix well, and centrifuge briefly; 4.
