Seawater quality fecal coliform positive quality control sample (Membrane membrane method)

Culture medium	Peptone: 10.0, beef powder: 3.0, sodium chloride: 5.0, agar: 15.0,pH: 7.3±0.1(25 ℃)
Subculture procedure	Samples required a total of 400 mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 min, then open it in the biosafety cabinet, immediately add 3-4 mL of sterile water, dissolve it, suck it out and put it into a sterile bottle, repeatedly wash the inner wall of the vial with the remaining sterile water, and transfer it to the above sterile bottle, I .e. the quality control sample suspension, totaling 400mL, with a concentration ≤ 10000CFU/L.
