| Subculture procedure | ① Thaw Frozen vials in a water bath (37°C), shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer surface of the vial with an alcohol swab, then transfer to a biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate all thawed solution, and Agar plate onto 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate); ④ Spread evenly and incubate under the specified conditions. |
