Use forceps to crush it; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of liquid medium into the lyophilized tube. After complete dissolution, return it to the liquid test tube and mix thoroughly; ④ Pipette 0.2 mL of bacterial suspension onto the Agar plate and spread evenly.
