Composition	Malt Extract Powder:130.0g, Chloramphenicol:0.1g, Agar:15.0g, pH:6.0±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	28°C; 3-5 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Disinfect ampoule surface, open in safety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then immediately add sterile water to rupture. Crush contents with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into lyophilized tube. Thoroughly dissolve powder, then dispense 200μL/well onto plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
