Growth conditions	28 ℃; 3-5 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 tablets mentioned above; ② After disinfecting the surface of the tablet, open it in the safety cabinet; ③ Take 1-3ml of sterile water and pour it into the Agar plate.
