Description	Trypticase Soy Blood Agar
Composition	Tryptone:15.0g, Soy Peptone:5.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Sterile Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%, Agar:15.0g, pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	37°C; 48-72h; anaerobic
Subculture procedure	① Thaw Frozen vials in a water bath (bacteria at 37°C), dissolve by rapid shaking; ② Disinfect outer surface of vial with alcohol swab, then transfer to safety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew cap, aspirate entire thawed solution, and inoculate 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate; for anaerobic cultures, pre-deoxygenate medium in anaerobic conditions for 24h); ④ After uniform spreading, incubate under the specified conditions.
