Composition Pancreatic Digest of Casein:15.0g, Soy Peptone:5.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:15.0g, pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 30°C; 24-48h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it; break it into pieces with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve the bacterial powder completely, then dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates; spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
