Growth conditions 28°C; 24-48h; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to break it open; use forceps to crush it; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve the powder thoroughly, then inoculate two plates with approximately 200μL each, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge for use.
