Composition Potato Infusion Powder:10.0g, Glucose:20.0g, KH2PO4:3.0g, MgSO4.7H2O:1.5g, Thiamine:0.008g, Agar:15.0g, pH:6.0±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 25°C; 5-7 days; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it; break it into pieces with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the lyophilized vial, dissolve the powder thoroughly, then dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions. The culture is ready for use once the fungal growth appears.
