Description Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA)
Composition Tryptone:15.0g, Soy Peptone:5.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:15.0g, pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 37°C; 18-24h; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect the ampoule surface, open it in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it. Immediately crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL sterile water into the lyophilized tube.
