Description	Potato glucose agar
Composition	Potato Infusion Powder:6.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:5.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	28°C; 5-7 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect ampoule surface, open in safety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then rapidly add sterile water to rupture. Crush with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into lyophilized tube. After complete dissolution, dispense 200μL/Agar plate and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge for use.
