Composition Peptone:0.5g, Casein Hydrolysate:0.5g, Yeast Extract:0.5g, Soluble Starch:0.5g, K2HPO4:0.3g, MgSO4:0.024g, Sodium Pyruvate(C3H3NaO3):0.3g, Agar:15.0g, Glucose:0.5g, pH:7.2±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 30°C; 24-48h; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 fresh plates as described above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to break it, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL of liquid medium into a freeze-dried vial, dissolve thoroughly, then return to the liquid test tube and mix well; ④ Pipette 0.2mL bacterial suspension onto plates, spread evenly; repeat twice to obtain two plates; ⑤ Incubate under specified conditions; strain is ready upon growth.
