Growth conditions 28 ℃, 5-7 days, aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 of the above plates; ② After disinfecting the surface of the tablet, open it in the safety cabinet; ③ Take 1-3ml of sterile water and pour it into the Agar plate.
