Growth conditions 30°C; 24-48h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, cauterize the top with a spirit lamp, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it. Use forceps to break it into pieces; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After thoroughly dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense approximately 200 μL onto each of two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions until colonies emerge.
