Composition
Growth conditions	30°C; 48–72 h; anaerobic;
Subculture procedure	① Thaw the cryovial in a water bath (30°C) and shake vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer wall of the cryovial with an alcohol swab, then transfer it to a safety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire thawed solution, and transfer it to a liquid test tube; ④ Transfer to the culture conditions described above for incubation.
