Composition	Pancreatic Digest of Casein:15.0g, Soy Peptone:5.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:15.0g, pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	30°C; 24–48 h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1–2 of the above agar plates; ② Open the vial in a safety cabinet, scorch the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add a drop of sterile water to crack it open, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of sterile water into a freeze-dried vial; after thoroughly dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense approximately 200 μL onto each of the two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate the plates under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once colonies appear.
