Description Potato glucose agar
Composition Potato Infusion Powder:6.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:5.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 28°C; 24–48 h; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Thaw the Frozen vial in a water bath (30°C) and shake vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab, then transfer it to a safety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the tube cap, aspirate the entire contents, and inoculate 1–2 agar plates (approximately 200 μL per Agar plate); ④ After uniform spreading, transfer to the aforementioned culture conditions for incubation.
