Composition	Special Peptone:23.0g, Soluble Starch:1.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:10.0g, Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%(added at 50℃), pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	37°C; 48-72h; 5% CO₂
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 fresh plates as described above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it; break it into pieces with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve completely, and mix thoroughly; ④ Pipette 0.2 mL of the bacterial suspension onto the Agar plate and spread evenly; repeat twice to obtain two plates; ⑤ Incubate under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once colonies emerge.
