Description Comprehensive PDA agar
Composition Potato Infusion Powder:10.0g, Glucose:20.0g, KH2PO4:3.0g, MgSO4.7H2O:1.5g, Thiamine:0.008g, Agar:15.0g, pH:6.0±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 28 ℃; 3-7 days; aerobic;
Subculture procedure ① Dissolve the Frozen vial in a water bath (fungi at 30 ℃) and shake rapidly to dissolve; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the cap of the tube, aspirate all the solution and bacterial blocks, and transfer them into 1-2 agar plates (approximately 200 μ L per Agar plate); ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation.
