Composition	Yeast Extract Powder:3.0g, Malt Extract:3.0g, Glucose:10.0g, Casein Peptone:5.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:6.2±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	30°C; 24-48h; aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with a spirit lamp, then quickly add sterile water to rupture it. Break it into pieces using forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL sterile water into the lyophilized vial. After fully dissolving the powder, dispense approximately 200 μL onto each of two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
