Description	Columbia blood agar plate
Composition	Special Peptone:23.0g, Soluble Starch:1.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:10.0g, Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%(added at 50℃), pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	37 ℃; 24-48 hours; anaerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 of the above plates; ② After disinfecting the surface of the tablet, open it in the safety cabinet; ③ Suck 1-3 ml of sterile water (placed in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours) and pour it into a Agar plate.
