Growth conditions	37°C, 24-48h, microaerophilic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as above (pre-deoxygenate in anaerobic environment for 24h); ② Open in biosafety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then rapidly break with sterile water; crush with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into freeze-dried vial, dissolve powder completely, then dispense 200μL/Agar plate, spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
