Composition Yeast Extract Powder:3.0g, Malt Extract:3.0g, Glucose:10.0g, Casein Peptone:5.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:6.2±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 28°C; 24-48h; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1 tube containing 5-10mL liquid medium and 2 plates; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to break it. Use forceps to crush it; ③ Pipette 0.5mL liquid medium into the freeze-dried vial. After complete dissolution, return it to the liquid test tube and mix thoroughly; ④ Pipette 0.2mL bacterial suspension onto a Agar plate and spread evenly. Repeat twice to obtain two plates; ⑤ Incubate all liquid tubes and plates under the specified conditions. The culture is ready for use once growth appears.
