Description Potato glucose agar
Composition Potato Infusion Powder:6.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:5.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 24°C; 5-7 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Thaw Frozen vials in a 30°C water bath, shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect outer surface of vial with alcohol swab, then transfer to safety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew cap, aspirate entire thawed solution, and inoculate 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate); ④ Spread evenly and incubate under specified conditions.
