Description	Columbia blood agar plate
Composition	Special Peptone:23.0g, Soluble Starch:1.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:10.0g, Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%(added at 50℃), pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	37°C; 3-7 days; anaerobic
Subculture procedure	① Thaw Frozen vials in a 37°C water bath, shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect outer surface of Frozen vials with alcohol swabs, then transfer to biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire thawed contents, and Agar plate onto 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate; for anaerobic cultures, pre-deoxygenate the medium in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours); ④ Spread evenly and incubate under the specified conditions.
