Composition Special Peptone:23.0g, Soluble Starch:1.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:10.0g, Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%(added at 50℃), pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 37°C; 48-72h; anaerobic
Subculture procedure ① Thaw Frozen vial in water bath (37°C bacteria), dissolve by rapid shaking; ② Disinfect outer surface of vial with alcohol swab, then transfer to biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew cap, aspirate entire thawed solution, and inoculate 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate; for anaerobic cultures, pre-deoxygenate medium in anaerobic conditions for 24h); ④ After uniform spreading, incubate under the aforementioned conditions.
