Growth conditions	37°C, 18-24h, aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect ampoule surface, open in safety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then promptly add sterile water to rupture; break open with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into lyophilized tube, dissolve powder completely, then dispense 200μL/well onto plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
