Composition Malt Extract Powder:40.0g, Ox Bile Powder:20.0g, Tween 40:10.0g, Glycerol Monoleate:2.5g, Agar:15g, pH:7.0±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 30 ℃; 5-7 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Dissolve the Frozen vials in a 30 ℃ water bath and shake them rapidly for dissolution; ② Wipe the outer wall of the Frozen vial with an alcohol swab for disinfection, and then transfer it to a safe cabinet for operation; ③ Unscrew the tube cap, aspirate all the dissolved solution, and transfer it into 1-2 agar plates; ④ After uniform coating, transfer to the above cultivation conditions for cultivation.
