Description Yeast Extract Glucose Agar
Composition Yeast Extract:5.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:15.0g, pH:6.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 30°C; 4-5 days; aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Open plates in a biosafety cabinet after surface disinfection; ③ Pipette 1-3 ml sterile water onto plates; scrape bacterial mat from surface using sterile spreader to create suspension; ④ Aspirate suspension with Pasteur pipette and inoculate onto fresh plates, spreading evenly; ⑤ Incubate plates under specified conditions.
