Composition	Peptone:10.0g, Beef extract:8.0g, Yeast powder:4.0g, Glucose:20.0g, MgSO₄:0.2g, CH₃COONa:5.0g, (NH₄)₂HC₆H₅O₇:2.0g, K₂HPO₄:2.0g, MnSO₄:0.04g, Tween 80:1.0g, pH:5.7±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	25 ℃; 24-48h；5%CO2；
Subculture procedure	① Prepare one tube of liquid culture medium with a diameter of 18mm, 5-6mL; ② Open it in the safety cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly drip sterile water to break it, and then use tweezers to crush it; ③ Take 0.5mL of liquid culture medium and transfer it into a freeze-drying tube. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, transfer it back to the test tube; ④ Place the test tube under the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. If the bacterial solution is turbid or the bottom sediment is obvious, it can be used. After recovery of activity, it can be transferred to agar or liquid culture.
