Description Potato glucose agar
Composition Potato Infusion Powder:6.0g, Glucose:20.0g, Agar:20.0g, pH:5.6±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions 25-28°C, 5-7 days, aerobic
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Disinfect the surface of the Agar slant test tube before opening it in a biosafety cabinet; ③ Cut into 0.5×0.5 cm² squares using a sterile inoculating fork and spatula (see appendix); ④ Place the square pieces flat at the center of the Agar plate, on the agar surface; ⑤ Incubate the plates upright under the specified conditions until growth appears.
