Description	Comprehensive PDA agar
Composition	Potato Infusion Powder:10.0g, Glucose:20.0g, KH₂PO₄:3.0g, MgSO₄.7H₂O:1.5g, Thiamine:0.008g, Agar:15.0g, pH:6.0±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	25-28°C, 3-5 days, aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect the surface of test tube slants before opening in a biosafety cabinet; ③ Cut blocks (see appendix) into 0.5×0.5 cm² squares using sterile inoculating forks and spatulas; ④ Place small square blocks flat onto the center of plates, on the agar surface; ⑤ Incubate plates upright under the specified conditions until growth appears.
