Growth conditions 30 ℃; From February to June; aerobic; (Transfer and culture the bacterial solution after rejuvenation for 2 months)
Subculture procedure ① Prepare 1 bottle of liquid culture medium, about 200mL; ② Disinfect the surface of the ampoule tube, open it in a safe cabinet, burn the top with an alcohol lamp, quickly add sterile water to the burning area to break it, and then use tweezers to knock it open; ③ Transfer approximately 0.5mL of liquid culture medium into a freeze-drying tube, dissolve it thoroughly, and then transfer it back into the liquid culture medium; ④ Place the liquid test tube under the specified "culture conditions" mentioned above for cultivation. If the bacterial liquid is turbid or there is a large amount of bacterial growth at the bottom, it can be used.
