Composition	Special Peptone:23.0g, Soluble Starch:1.0g, NaCl:5.0g, Agar:10.0g, Defibrinated Sheep Blood:5%(added at 50℃), pH:7.3±0.2(25℃)
Growth conditions	37°C, 18-24h, aerobic
Subculture procedure	① Prepare 1-2 plates as described above; ② Disinfect ampoule surface, open in safety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then rapidly add sterile water to rupture. Crush with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into freeze-dried vial, dissolve powder completely, then dispense 200μL/well onto plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions for 18-24 hours.
