Fecal coliform positive control quality control sample (Membrane membrane method)

Subculture procedure	sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 1000mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle. Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above sterile bottle. This is the positive quality control sample, which is 1000mL in total and has a concentration of 40-600CFU/L.

3. Instructions

Dissolve the material by 500mL of sterile water or sterile saline. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, then opened in the biosafety cabinet, 3-4ml of sterile water is immediately added, dissolved and transferred into a sterile bottle; rinse the inner wall of the penicillin bottle with the remaining sterile water, and transfer all the solution to the former sterile bottle. It is the positive quality control sample, with a total of 500mL and a concentration of 40~600CFU/L

2. Please handle in a biosafety cabinet under sterile conditions. The material shall be used up once opened.

3. this product contains pathogenic microorganisms, please do not directly touch the samples with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.
