Water quality total coliform positive quality control samples (Paper Rapid Method)

Subculture procedure	The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 6 mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 6 mL of sterile water. After dissolution, shake the penicillin bottle and shake it evenly to obtain a positive quality control sample, totaling 6 mL with a concentration of 300-3000 CFU/mL. 3. Instructions

Dissolve the material by 6mL of sterile water or sterile saline. Before use, the quality control sample is placed at room temperature for 30min, it was then opened in a biological safety cabinet,immediately add 6 mL of sterile water, shake the vial after dissolving，evenly shaken is a positive quality control sample，the concentration is 300~3000 CFU/mL.

4. Precautions

1. Upon receipt, please keep it properly. if it is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.

2. Please handle in a biosafety cabinet under sterile conditions. The material shall be used up once opened.

3. The product contains risk-3 pathogenic organisms，please do not directly touch the samples with your hands, please discard the residual samples after high temperature and high pressure sterilization.

5. Preservation and transportation

long-term storage: -20 ℃, valid for 1 year; ship on ice bag; the shipping time should not exceed 10 days.
