Growth conditions	Cultivation temperature 37 ℃; Cultivation time 24-48 hours; Aerobic gas environment
Subculture procedure	The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 6 mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 6 mL of sterile water. After dissolution, shake the penicillin bottle and shake it evenly to obtain a positive quality control sample, totaling 6 mL with a concentration of 300-3000 CFU/mL. The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 6 mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 6 mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and shake the penicillin bottle evenly to obtain a positive quality control sample, totaling 6 mL with a concentration of 300-3000 CFU/mL.
