Subculture procedure	The sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 3 mL of sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3 mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and shake the penicillin bottle evenly to obtain a negative quality control sample, totaling 3 mL with a concentration of 300-3000 CFU/mL.

3. Instructions

Samples require a total of 6 mL of sterile water or sterile saline to dissolve. Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, then open it in a biological safety cabinet, immediately add 6 mL of sterile water, shake the vial after dissolving, and shake it evenly to obtain a negative quality control sample with a concentration of 300~3000 CFU /mL.

4. Precautions

1. After receiving the goods, please keep them properly. If there is any damage, please contact the center within 24 hours after receipt.

2. Please operate in a sterile environment and in a biological safety cabinet. After opening, you must use it all at once.

3. This product contains three types of pathogenic microorganisms. Please do not directly touch the samples in the bottle with your hands. After use, please sterilize the residual samples at high temperature and high pressure and discard them.

5. Preservation and transportation

Long-term storage: -20℃, valid for 1 year; transportation conditions: ice pack transportation, the time should not exceed 10 days.
