Subculture procedure	Before use, place the quality control sample at room temperature for 30 minutes, and the sample needs to be dissolved in a total of 100mL sterile water or sterile physiological saline. Then open it in the biosafety cabinet and immediately add 3-4mL of sterile water. Dissolve it and aspirate it into a sterile bottle. Repeat the washing of the remaining sterile water on the inner wall of the penicillin bottle and transfer it all to the above-mentioned sterile bottle, which is 100mL of standard sample solution.
