Growth conditions	Temperature: 35°C Atmosphere: Anaerobic Culture System: Axenic; pH 6.37°C; Days; 5% CO₂ + 95% Air;
Subculture procedure	(1) Parasite Inoculation: Remove Trichomonas vaginalis from -80°C freezer and rapidly thaw in a 37°C water bath. Inoculate 500 μL of parasite stock solution into each tube and incubate under anaerobic conditions at 35°C for 2-3 days. (2) Parasite Harvesting: Begin harvesting after 3 days of culture. Centrifuge at 1500 rpm for 10 min, collect the pellet, and store at -80°C.
