Ureaplasma urealyticum Serotype 10

Growth conditions	37°C; 2-3 days; Microaerophilic (3%-5% O₂, 10% CO₂);
Subculture procedure	Remove one vial of frozen ureaplasma stock (500 μL) and six tubes containing prepared medium (one as a control tube; 5 for culture). Add all thawed ureaplasma to the first tube (containing 4.5mL prepared ureaplasma medium), mix thoroughly, then transfer 0.5mL to the next culture tube. Repeat to create 5 dilution gradients. Incubate all 5 diluted tubes and 1 control tube aerobically at 37°C for 18 hours.
